Over the years, the Hanover Square Board has found that a full time management company is a valuable asset for helping to manage the affairs of our Association. A management company can provide services such as accounting, telephone receptionist, fees collection, legal services, contractor bids submission, recommendations of service providers, guidance on procedures and processes and other routine tasks which frees the Board members to concentrate on their most important job, directing the affairs of the Association.

After all, the 3 board members all have full time jobs & can't do everything that needs to be done for the association by themselves.

The Board of directors for Hanover Square has hired is American Community Management.

   Valerie Hodge is currently our property manager. She is your contact to the Board of Directors. All correspondence should be directed to her.

Valerie has been married to her husband Rick for 35 years and have two daughters, ages 29 and 33.
She and her husband enjoy traveling to different countries and learning about their country and way of life.
American Community Management, Inc. has employed her, and she manages 6 Association’s, which consist of single-family homes, Town homes and Condominium Associations.  Prior to working for Horizon Management she served as President and Treasurer on a Master Association and Condominium Board in Schaumburg.
