ACR Application click here (formally ACC ap)- Before any major repairs, replacements or remodeling may be done to your unit, such as windows, doors, walls, electrical work, plumbing, ect, you will need to fill out and turn in this ACC Application. This is to make sure that not only all units conform to a aesthetic uniformity but also for structural and safety reasons. 

Many projects also need a village permit. If you are unsure if your project needs a village permit or not please  contact Hanover Square's management office.
